We hope you love your Georgia Hardinge purchase, but if you are not perfectly satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that all garments are returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and specify the reason for return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the return form provided in your initial shipment is included inside the box.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or schedule a collection.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
